Ginkgo bonsai nursery

On our way to the nolanders bonsai show we stopped in on ginkgo bonsai centre.
Lots of superb bonsai, but I have to say a vast majority had wire scars and for the asking price you would not want that disfigurement.

Very nice ilex of a size you don’t often see.

This is something you don’t see very often a hemoracalis.

Black pine pot

It’s time for this black pine to get a new pot, with Nolanders at the weekend I hope to find a suitable pot. It’s a feminine tree and needs a pot with rounded features.

Well I did find a pot, but it won’t get into it for a month or so.

Not totally happy with it but it will do for the year.
